Our Position
NeuralCipher does not act as a Covered Entity. Regulatory applicability, contractual obligations, and deployment safeguards require documented legal review for each United States healthcare deployment. No certification is asserted.
Technical Safeguards
Documented access controls, audit logging, encryption controls, retention rules, and minimum-necessary data practices form part of the technical baseline. These controls do not establish a regulatory status by themselves.
Business Associate Agreements
Any required contract must be reviewed with legal@neuralcipher.ai before a regulated deployment.
